For five years, I’ve been teaching pregnancy yoga to hundreds of women, watching them leave class calmer and more connected to their bodies. Yoga is an incredible tool for building confidence, steadiness, and trust in yourself – and I still use it every day in my work.

But I kept seeing the same thing happen – women would walk out feeling strong, only to get stressed and overwhelmed by the system again.

That’s when I realised…you need more than an hour of yoga a week. You need someone on the whole journey with you – to hear your story, walk alongside you, and share the kind of wisdom that transforms how you experience birth.

So I became a doula.

Now I combine years of helping women connect with their strength through yoga with the deep, personalised support that only doula care can provide. I’ve walked beside hundreds of women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond – and I know what makes the difference between feeling powerless and feeling powerful.
