I attended Jenna’s classes both pre & post natal. They really have been such a positive part of my week, both physically with the yoga and mentally with the support. I will miss the classes a lot now my little boy is a bit too old and wriggly!

Jenna is so kind and supportive. She is always smiling and offering kind words of advice! The yoga was always well suited to everyone in the group as Jenna’s knowledge and experience made sure each move could be adapted if necessary. The atmosphere always so calm and welcoming! I left class feeling very relaxed and well stretched.

It has been wonderful meeting other mums at both the classes! We were always offered the opportunity to share our weeks highs and lows and bounce ideas off of each other!

I have attended Jenna’s pregnancy yoga classes for the last 5 months of my pregnancy. Jenna is very warm and welcoming, she takes time at the start of each class to check in on each mum-to-be and the tailors the class to suit any particular needs. Jenna goes above and beyond dealing with any questions, often following up inbetween classes with her futher research and suggestions. A lovely, supportive environment that I would encourage any expectant mother to try. Thank you Jenna, baby & I look forward to continuing with postnatal yoga!

I attended pregnancy yoga with Jenna from around 15 weeks and I really valued this time out from a busy week to stretch out my aches and pains, relax, bond with my baby and meet other like-minded mums-to-be. I later found the breathing techniques Jenna taught in class really beneficial during my labour, to help manage my contractions and to rest as much as possible in between them.

I have since attended mum and baby yoga for 5 months and have found these classes a brilliant way to gently get back into exercise after giving birth. There is a lovely supportive atmosphere in these classes, and I felt it was great to be able to share my experiences with other new mums without judgement. Jenna has a fantastic positive outlook, whilst also acknowledging and empathising with the challenges of life with a new baby.
