NAVIGATING YOUR PREGNANCY JOURNEY
Tell me if any of this resonates with you…
Here’s some of the most common conversations I have with mums to be thinking about joining my pregnancy classes.

Want to exercise during pregnancy but you’re not sure what’s safe? Oh yes, I’ve been there too! My classes are specifically designed with pregnant bodies in mind and our welcome circle ensures I am aware of any issues you’re experiencing on the day of our practice.

Want a space to intentionally focus on your pregnancy and connect with your baby? Life is busy right?! Especially with babies 2,3,4+ it can be easy to forget you’re even pregnant! Pregnancy yoga gives you a dedicated space each week to focus on your own wellbeing and connection with your baby.

Want to explore breathing and relaxation techniques for birth? Great idea, we cover different breathing techniques, visualisations and finish every class with a dreamy relaxation.

Starting to feel those pregnancy aches and pains? I hear you, your body is changing, your nights are disrupted, you are feeling stiffer than the tin man without his WD40. Regular movement will help! Plus, we can adapt movements for any specific issues such as PGP.

Want to meet other local Mums to be and start building your village? Pregnancy yoga can help with that! Our welcome circle ensures you start to get to know people in class and make connections before baby arrives. Then you can all join me for postnatal mum and baby yoga down the road!
If you said “yes” to any of the above, then you’re in the right place!
Book your space online and join us on the mat.
