This class is built around the reality of motherhood giving you space to share, to stretch, and space to grow your practice if you wish. Here’s a little of what you can expect…
1. The welcome circle – still here, still sacred
The welcome circle is one of the most important parts of our practice…
Like a mini mother circle, it’s space for you to share the highs, the heaviness, the rage, the softness – whatever motherhood is feeling like for you this week.
No judgement. No fixing.
Just truth, community, and the space you need to fully exhale.
2. A practice designed with your postnatal body in mind
This is not a “push harder, bounce back” class.
It’s also not a “lie down for an hour and hope for the best” class.
It’s the sweet spot in the middle:
- Strength to rebuild and reconnect
- A little challenge to remind you you’re powerful
- Restorative poses that stop your head spinning
- And yes…our signature dreamy relaxation at the end
3. A teacher who’s lived it
Through over 400 hours of yoga training I’ve supported hundreds of local women and am living through the chaos and clarity of motherhood myself!
I teach what actually changes how you feel in real life – steadier, stronger, and more rooted in yourself as a woman and a mother.
