THE BIRTH PREP COLLECTIVE

A 3 month journey to prepare your body and mind for birth through pregnancy yoga, birth preparation and consistent, ongoing support for you and your partner.

FOR WOMEN WHO BELIEVE BIRTH CAN BE POSITIVE

Let’s prepare you for the kind of birth where you look back and you wouldn’t change a thing.

You’re excited to meet your baby.

And you’re really hoping your birth will be a positive experience.

But you’re also switched on enough to know that doesn’t just happen by chance.

Attending a one-off course, telling yourself you’ll “look at the notes properly on mat leave” – it’s not going to cut it.

What you need is consistent preparation for birth – acheivable daily practices which build confidence and connection with your body and mind:

The kind that brings you back into your body, again and again, so you’re not thinking your way through birth…you’re feeling your way through it.

The kind that gives you tools you can lean on when doubts creep in around whether you can actually do this.

The kind that helps your partner step in with confidence too…and not just sit in the corner eating all the snacks.

It’s about building something little by little, week by week, so when the time comes, you’re not flustered…

You’re feeling calm, ready for action and excited to meet your baby, no matter how they choose to be born.

IT’S NOT MORE INFORMATION YOU NEED

After Supporting Hundreds of Pregnant Women, Here’s What I Know

I see it all the time.  Women doing all the “right things” to prepare for birth but not realising they’re only just scratching the surface until it’s too late.

Taking the three week antenatal course that gives you all the “what to expect” information, tells you to “trust your instincts” but doesn’t actually teach you how to build that trust in yourself.

Saving an Insta post on the BRAIN acronym and then going completely blank when you’re sat in front of a consultant whose recommendations don’t align with your wishes.

Creating the perfect nursery Pinterest board, and then realising that prep didn’t really help you when your baby will only sleep on your chest at 3am and you and your partner are constantly snapping at each other over the littlest things.

You know what kind of birth you want, the work now is to build trust in that birth.  Absorb the practices which will help you handle the physical and mental challenges of pregnancy, birth and postpartum…

Ingrain these practices within you so that they become second nature.

And that’s where my support is different.

It’s why I don’t believe birth prep is something you squeeze into a few antenatal classes or the odd yoga session at 30 weeks.

It needs to start earlier and it needs to be consistent.

ANTENATAL, HYPNOBIRTHING, YOGA

Trying to Piece It All Together?

So how do you actually give yourself the best chance of a positive birth?

You start looking into antenatal classes, but then someone else mentions hypnobirthing…

You’re not totally sure what the difference is, but it sounds like you should probably try and do both?

Then you think, maybe pregnancy yoga too?  Not just for your body, but because it’d be nice to meet more mums to be…maybe even find your future BMFF (Best Mum Friend Forever obvs).

Before you know it, you’re pricing up:
an antenatal course…
an online hypnobirthing programme…
a yoga class pass…

And it’s all a bit all over the place.

Different people.
Different approaches.
No real continuity.
And you’re left trying to piece it all together yourself.

This is exactly why I created The Birth Prep Collective.

So you’re not juggling things hoping it all somehow clicks.

You’ve got everything in one place.

Monthly birth prep sessions
Weekly pregnancy yoga

Ongoing, consistent support from someone who actually knows you and knows birth

For women from 20 weeks who want time to absorb and embody their preparation for birth.

Most antenatal classes recommend you attend at 30+ weeks, but that’s not soon enough.

It leaves you cramming for birth in the space of a few weeks, trying to take everything in, but without the chance to properly revisit it or let it settle.

And without time to revisit, you move further and further away from that birth where you look back and you wouldn’t change a thing.

Inside The Birth Prep Collective, we repeat and layer simple, effective tools from yoga and birth education, so they change from something you’ve learnt into something that feels natural and instinctive in labour.

THIS IS WHAT CHANGES WHEN YOU JOIN THE COLLECTIVE

BEFORE JOINING THE COLLECTIVE
  • Unsure which antenatal class to take
  • Wanting to “do your best to prepare” but not really knowing where to start
  • Piecing things together from different places and hoping it all clicks on the day
  • Wondering how you’ll actually handle labour when it gets intense
  • Telling yourself you’ll focus on it later…and before you know it you’re on mat leave wondering if it’s too late

AFTER YOU’VE JOINED THE COLLECTIVE AND BIRTHED YOUR BABY

  • Feeling proud, strong and carrying that “I did that, I can do anything” energy into the way you mother.
  • Feeling confident in your decisions, knowing you were informed and involved throughout
  • Looking at your partner and thinking, “we actually did that together”
  • Trusting your body and your instincts in a way you didn’t before
  • Feeling you wouldn’t have changed a thing about your birth
FOR WOMEN WHO WANT REAL PREPARATION, NOT GENERIC ADVICE

WHAT’S INCLUDED INSIDE THE BIRTH PREP COLLECTIVE?

Pregnancy Yoga with Guaranteed Class Spot

My classes often sell out with waitlists, but as a Collective member, you’ll always have a guaranteed space (so there’s no “baby brain… did I book that?” moments!)  You can keep coming back to your body, your breath, and enjoy intentional time to connect with your baby.

Monthly Live Zoom Antenatal Workshop

Understand your options so that when you’re faced with a decision you don’t go blank or default to “ok” because it feels easier.  Watch yourself shift from second-guessing everything…to feeling clear, steady, and in control of your choices as you move through birth and into early motherhood. (Replays available).

No More “Spare Part” Partner Energy

Involve your partner so that they have the words, techniques and positions that help you and help them feel genuinely part of the process…not like a spare part in the room.  Watch their face light up when they realise how much of a role they can play in bringing your baby into the world, strengthening your relationship as you head into parenthood.

Exclusive Telegram Group & Weekly Q&A

The Telegram group gives you space to chat to other Collective members, ask me a question in our weekly Q&A thread and it’s also where I’ll drop in little birth prep nuggets so that you can build on your preparation between our yoga classes and monthly sessions.  All part of your commitment to make your birth prep an ongoing process and let your mind and body soak it all in.

3 Essential Live Workshops: What You'll Learn

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Real experiences from women I’ve supported

"Thank you for what we feel like was the most beneficial thing we've been to in our pregnancies.  We found it so reassuring and my partner felt that there's so much he can do to support me now thanks to your support."

M AND B

"Jenna has an amazing way of creating a calm and safe space in her pregnancy yoga sessions. She listens intently to everyone and shares her experience, stories and can point you in various directions if you need other support. Her yoga sessions are accessible, well paced and really helpful to give you the confidence to move and stretch during pregnancy. I’m so glad I found her!"

MICHAELA

"Jenna is absolutely fantastic and pregnancy yoga has been a dream during my pregnancy! It has been such a great way to relax and connect with baby but also taught me different breathing techniques and stretches/movements which benefit my body and baby too.  It feels like you enter into a little community that opens other doors for once baby is here. I couldn't recommend enough."

AMY

"I found the breathing techniques Jenna taught really beneficial during my labour, to help manage my contractions and to rest as much as possible in between them."

CLAIRE

"Meeting Jenna was the best thing I did to support myself during my pregnancy and prepare for parenthood."

SANDRA

"Jenna's support really helped my partner to see that he has a wider role to play rather than just sitting by my side."
